A concierge regenerative orthopedics and sports medicine clinic with two Bay Area locations, offering PRP, stem cell and shockwave treatment for knees, shoulders, backs and feet.
The problem
People with joint pain search for the condition, not for "PRP". The clinic's site spoke in treatment names, and got about 300 clicks a month.
What Tely did
- Rebuilt the website around conditions and body areas, with a page for each treatment and location.
- Published hundreds of condition-first articles that lead to the matching treatment.
- Added our AI concierge to answer patient questions and capture consult requests.
The result
Google clicks grew from 311 in January 2026 to 8,547 in September 2026. The dip in July came with the site migration; traffic recovered and passed the old high within two months.
How we measure
Every number on this page comes from the practice’s own Google Search Console and Google Analytics, pulled in October 2026. Clicks are visits from Google Search. We do not name the practice.
