Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated September 18, 2026
Tely Inc. (“Tely,” “we,” “us”) operates Tely Health, including the website at https://tely.health, its landing pages, the AI chat assistant on the site, our phone line, and the patient-acquisition services we provide to medical practices (together, the “Services”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Forms. When you request a practice analysis or a call: your practice website, email address and, if you provide them, your name, phone number and details about your practice.
- AI chat. The messages you send to our chat assistant and any contact details you share in it.
- Phone calls. When you call our line, the call is answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. We collect your phone number, what you tell us (for example your specialty, location, how patients find you today, and your contact details) and a summary of the call.
- Scheduling. The details you enter when you book a call through our calendar.
- Client information. If your practice becomes a client, the business, account and billing information needed to deliver the Services under our agreement with you.
Information collected automatically
- Log and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including those set by the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
- Session recordings: we record how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) to understand and improve them. Text you type into form fields is masked.
- Campaign data: the ad, keyword or link that brought you to the site (for example UTM parameters and ad click identifiers).
2. How we use information
- To prepare the practice analysis you request and to contact you about it, including by email, phone or text message.
- To answer your questions through our AI chat and phone assistant, and to pass messages to our team.
- To schedule and hold calls, and to provide, maintain and support the Services for our clients.
- To measure and improve our website, advertising and assistants, including reviewing session recordings and call transcripts.
- To advertise our Services, including measuring which ads lead to requests.
- To keep the Services secure, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI assistants
Our chat and phone assistants are AI systems. Your messages and calls are processed by AI and telephony service providers acting on our behalf to generate replies, transcribe calls and summarize conversations. Assistants can make mistakes; nothing they say is medical, legal or financial advice. If you ask, the assistant will tell you it is an AI.
4. Analytics and advertising partners
We use the following third-party tools on our website. Each may set cookies and receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC)
- PostHog (product analytics and session recording)
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
- OpenAI ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel
- RB2B (business visitor identification)
- Cloudflare (security, bot protection and content delivery)
You can limit this tracking by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, using browser privacy settings or extensions, and adjusting your ad settings with Google and Meta.
5. Google user data
When a client authorizes Tely to access Google services on their behalf — for example Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console or Google Business Profile — we use that data only to provide and improve the Services for that client, such as managing their campaigns, listings and reporting.
Tely Health’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising unrelated to the client’s own account, and do not allow humans to read it except with the client’s consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as needed to operate the Services.
6. Health information of our clients’ patients
When a practice engages us for Services that involve protected health information, we handle that information as the practice’s business associate under a Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA, and only as that agreement permits. This policy does not cover patient information we process for a practice; the practice’s own notice of privacy practices does.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Services — hosting, email delivery, telephony, AI model providers, scheduling, analytics and customer relationship tools — bound to use it only for us;
- Advertising and analytics partners, as described in section 4;
- Professional advisers, and a buyer or successor if our business is reorganized or sold;
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: prospect and inquiry records generally for up to 24 months after our last contact, session recordings for up to 30 days, and client records for the term of our agreement plus the period required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We protect personal information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
- Marketing: you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in them, and reply STOP to any text message.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
- California residents have the right to know, correct and delete personal information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing through our advertising pixels, email us or use the cookie controls described in section 4.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
11. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. International visitors
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above; if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
