Research: is this right for me
- “tummy tuck recovery week by week”
- “rhinoplasty vs filler”
- “breast lift or augmentation”

Plastic surgery SEO
Procedure pages that answer what patients research for months, surgeon pages that show real credentials, consented before-and-after galleries Google can read, and local SEO for every office. Then every inquiry is answered within minutes.

A future rhinoplasty or tummy tuck patient reads about candidacy, recovery, risks and cost long before contacting anyone. Those searches are answered by review platforms, large health sites and the few surgeons with deep procedure pages.
A practice site with a gallery and a short paragraph per procedure has nothing for Google to rank and nothing for ChatGPT to quote. By the time the patient is ready, they already have a shortlist.
Patients move from research to comparison to choosing a surgeon. Each stage needs its own content.

Where you lose themGalleries as unlabeled images in a slider are invisible to Google image search and say nothing about the procedure.
Where you lose themCredentials, reviews and surgeon pages decide this. If they are thin, the patient books consults with someone else.
01 · Procedures
Each procedure gets a page your surgeons review: who is a candidate, how the surgery is done, recovery by week, risks, how pricing and financing work, and what the consult covers. Written to rank on Google and to be quoted by AI answers.
02 · Proof
Surgeon pages state the certifying board by name, training, hospital privileges and procedures performed. Galleries are split by procedure, use only photos with signed patient consent, carry descriptive alt text and are never retouched.
03 · Local and consults
Every office gets its own Google listing and location page. When an inquiry comes in at 11 pm, it is answered in minutes and the consultation is booked. We report consults booked from search by procedure.
Search work for surgical practices, from research to the booked consult.
Candidacy, technique, recovery, risks and the consult, reviewed by your surgeons.
Organized by procedure, consented, unedited and readable by Google image search.
Board named in full, training, privileges and a steady flow of genuine reviews.
Google listing, location page and listings that agree, for every office.
Content structured so ChatGPT and AI answers can quote your surgeons accurately.
Consult requests and bookings from search, by procedure and office.
Elective surgery is high-trust, closely regulated and researched for months.
Before-and-after photos are protected health information, so each one needs the patient’s written authorization for marketing use. The FTC expects results shown to be genuine and typical, or clearly qualified. We use only consented, unretouched photos with plain labels.
Many states require that “board certified” name the certifying board, and boards act on misleading credential claims. Google treats surgery as a topic where expertise must be visible. Accurate surgeon pages serve both.
Most patients choose a surgeon nearby, but some will travel for a specialist in rhinoplasty, revision or facial work. We target those procedures more widely and keep body procedures local to each office.
We have not published a plastic surgery case yet. A cataract & LASIK practice in California’s Inland Empire is the closest fit: an elective, self-pay decision researched online. Every card is labelled.

It is the work that makes your procedures and surgeons show up when patients research and compare: procedure pages, surgeon pages, galleries, reviews, local SEO for each office and the technical health of your site.
We use only photos you supply with the patient’s signed authorization for marketing use. They are published unretouched, labelled by procedure and given descriptive alt text so Google can index them.
We explain what goes into a fee, how financing works and what the consult covers. Specific prices appear only if you want them public.
Procedure pages are usually indexed within weeks. Competitive procedures in large cities take several months to rank, so we start with the procedures where you can win soonest.
Yes. Surgical and non-surgical treatments get separate pages so they do not compete with each other, and each links to the right booking path.
Ask how results are measured. We report consults booked from search by procedure, and we answer every inquiry within minutes, so search traffic becomes consultations.
